intensity of effort when you are rebounding.
2. The longer the lever, and the more levers
involved when you are rebounding, the more skill and effort required.
To keep it simple, while you are becoming
familiar with new rebounding aerobics skills, and getting used to new rebounding
routines, use shorter arm and low leg moves.
4. Keep hands on hips until you’re really
confident with your feet.
