Flexabands and Flexarings are latex exercise resistance bands - great to use in mini trampoline rebounding workout sessions. When conditioning at home, exercise bands add variety when using Starbound Workout rebounding videos.
Adapt WORKOUT routines, by attaching the exercise bands around the legs of the mini trampoline, to create a pulley system, with one or both of your limbs - legs or arms. Or use the exercise resistance bands by attaching them between your arms or legs. You adapt use of the exercise bands to your requirements. xercise bands have unlimited application in therapy, rehabilitation and fitness training.
Virtually any muscle group or joint can be exercised by selecting the type and range of motion to work that particular area of the body.
Simply attach the band to your mini trampoline legs, create a pulley system, or attach the bands between two limbs as shown in the photo - and add extra resistance to your workouts!!
