PRIVATE REBOUNDER EXERCISE  SESSIONS

I travel nationally and internationally for specific workshop and training appointments.

Fees for these sessions are negotiated privately in advance. Starbound coaching sessions for Private and Group Workshop Rebound Aerobics sessions focus on Starbounds system of skills for rebounding exercises.

This includes sequential skill and technique application within the Starbound Workout. We focus on 'Starbound 5 Star Fitness™' for a balanced fitness programme.

Emphasis in private and workshop sessions, is placed on exploring the use of the mini trampoline, as a central focus for health & fitness requirements. Profiles and action plans are designed to meet your goals.

STARBOUND MINI TRAMPOLINE BOOKS, VIDEO AND DVDs FOR REBOUNDING EXERCISE WORKOUTS

My private mini trampoline coaching sessions with clients and sports teams tend to run on a basis of bookings held up to ten weeks in advance.There are often cancellations within this waiting period.

Please Note

 Unless in exceptional circumstances, I prefer not to work with clients in private sessions, until they have had time to practise on the rebounder for at least a few days prior to our sessions, ideally with The Starbound Workout Five Star Fitness DVD Volume one or Video Compilation.

In this way, by the time we commence, you will be feeling comfortable, and relaxed on the mini trampoline, and able to focus more clearly on the content of the session.  

If you are considering requesting to work privately with me in session, I suggest you get started at home, using my instruction in the video, combined with the book.

These will set you up, and get you rebounding safely - enabling you to explore the use of the mini trampoline within a wide variety of sequences.

Starbound Studio Workshops

Starbound Studio Workshops, and private sessions, designed to help you use the mini trampoline within home exercise, and fitness and lifestyle programmes, are available by appointment only. 

• Because I am usually booked for weeks in advance, the ideal solution to meet the numerous requests I receive from far and wide, for Starbound sessions, was to bring you The Starbound Workout on video or DVD

• Both my rebounding aerobics video, and 4 DVD volumes,  and the Starbound book are designed to guide and inspire your rebounding workouts.

• Starbound group workshops are presented in series, according to my schedule. You are welcome to email your details to Starbound Enterprise, outlining your request for sessions.

• If you email your request you will be given priority booking options, when dates are next established.

• The number of participants, and rebounders, are limited to enable personal instruction. You will be contacted when the next workshop dates are available.
