EXERCISE EQUIPMENT CROSS TRAINING IN REBOUNDING EXERCISE WORKOUTS

In Starbound Personal Prescription sessions with clients we integrate a variety of home exercise equipment into mini trampoline rebounding exercise workouts, often using home exercise equipment during target zone and sculpting phases of mini trampoline rebounding workouts.

	Club Pro Ab Trainer Mondeo Exercise Bike Adapt mini trampoline rebounder DVD workouts by using the Club Pro Ab trainer during the conditioning p[hase of your workouts. The Club Pro Ab Trainer is a great piece of equipment for your Starbound FITKIT. This Ab trainer  can be an excellent aid when exercising the abdominal muscles during your rebound aerobics sculpting sessions.

The Club Pro has complete head and neck support for safe abdominal isolation. Patented rocker system supports weight of head, neck and upper body while mimicking spinal flexion.
The mondeo home exercise bike
The Mondeo, with advanced technology and programme control has a computer face with 8 training programmes, including pulse-controlled training.
Resistance on the Mondeo exercise bike is generated via a magnetic-brake system. All joints are fitted with double bearings and those for the rear disk have high-quality self aligning ball bearings.   The quick adjustment of the non-skid treading surfaces of the Mondeo exercise bike permits convenient adjustment for persons of different sizes.     Many of my clients hold a lot of tension in their upper back and shoulder areas. The use of the mini trampoline really works towards breaking this down and relaxing tension in the upper body . If you find that you experience tension in the neck and shoulders when performing your abdominal routines, the AB ROLLER can be of great support.   In particular, it is helpful while you are rebuilding your fitness and getting your abs and back strong and firm again! If you are sensitive to tension in the neck or shoulder area, the Ab roller will help by cushioning and supporting your head and neck.   This enables more relaxation of tension in the upper back, allowing you to focus more clearly on the use of your abdominal muscles. Many of the abdominal routines in Starbound my book can be adapted.Remember to set your posture, when using the ab roller so that you are not straining the shoulder area.   Use your rebounder to pulse away tensions before using the ab roller, at whatever phase of your workout. Most importantly, if you are feeling tension in the upper body while working the abs, get a health care professional to check you over. WARM UP THOROUGHLY, prior to any cadiovasular or sculpting workouts. Take yourself just to a comfortable point of overload during your workouts, then stop, release, relax and get back up onto the bouncer and pulse away tensions.   Back to Top
