WARM UP
During warm up on the
rebounder you’ll work on and around the mini trampoline within a variety of
rebounding aerobics routines. (20 minutes)
This series of sequences provides
an extensive warm up phase - designed also to use as a gentle daily toning
routine.
Warm up sequences can be performed
on their own or combined.
Never stretch until your muscles
are warm and your body is limber.

EXERCISE WORKOUTS
Following Warm Up, a variety of mini trampoline
DVD rebounding exercises, choreographed within 3 Modules,
can be performed individually or combined.
Each rebounding exercise
module is interspersed with sculpting in the mini trampoline video and with the
DVDs you have the choice of performing all rebounding routines followed by
sculpting - or creating a circuit - the choice is yours!
Each of
three
modular workouts consists of rebounding aerobic
routines, performed on rebounders, interspersed with sculpting sequences.

THREE Sculpting
Zone 4.3 Streamlined & Strong
Performing sculpting routines from the rebounding
aerobics video, on and around the mat of the rebounder, you’ll find conditioning becomes far more comfortable and
effective.
The soft mat of the rebounder cushions the spine and knees.
Holding the rim of the mini trampoline helps you to stabilize posture and
support body alignment.

REBOUNDING EXERCISE DVD DEEP
STRETCH
Practise
deep
stretch in the rebounding exercise DVDs or video
at any time during a workout on your mini trampoline, providing your body is
warm and limber.

Stretching is an important
element in rebounder workouts, helping to settle lymphatic circulation, and
lengthen muscles through full range of motion.
(9 minutes approx)
At the end of the
rebounding phase of your video workout you need to slow down and stretch out.
You can choose between the
deep
stretches in Zone 5
or the standing
essential stretches in Zone 2.
As you become
familiar with stretching techniques presented in the rebounding aerobics video, performed on and around the mini trampoline
they can be included anywhere throughout your rebound aerobics workout providing
your body is warm and limber.
Zone 5.2
Deeper Relaxation
At the end of your Starbound rebounding aerobics workouts, take a break and
enjoy some meditation and time-out as I talk you through a deep relaxation.
A calming stretch at the end of the rebounding aerobics workouts in the video
leads into deep relaxation at the end of the video.

workouts.
Zones 1 & 2 of THE STARBOUND WORKOUT rebounding aerobic video, when combined,
will help use rebounders for gentle daily maintenance and body toning - these
rebounding aerobic sequences are performed on and around the mini trampoline.
If using The Starbound Workout video, rather than DVD Volumes, before commencing
workout sessions, note down the VCR counter number at the starting point for
each sequence.
This will provide a guide to vary rebounding exercises on video, to suit your
schedule, fast forward between sequences with speed and ease, and work at a
comfortable personal pace. Rebounding exercise skills in my mini trampoline
video, are introduced progressively, named on screen, and presented in
directories at the beginning of three modules.
I have choreographed the mini trampoline video and DVD workouts in rebounding
exercise aerobic format, so sequences can be performed progressively, from
beginning to end for a thorough mini trampoline workout, or in any combination
of for brief workouts to suit your schedule.
