Brainy matter is seething with electrical and chemical activity, providing important links for feelings, thoughts and actions.
Your brain thrives on fresh supplies of oxygen, which you provide in abundance when bouncing on your mini trampoline.
Rhythm established when rebounding on a mini trampoline is transmitted via pulsing waves, falling in line with the on/off sine wave of your autonomic nervous system. Bilateral co-ordination of the cerebral hemispheres in your brain is stimulated, creating impulses, which can be read as synchronized brain wave activity. This induces a state often labelled as the Eureka Experience!

On a practical level, my 'Brainy Blitz' Resolution Plan, presented in Starbound my book, provides rebounding techniques using the mini trampoline for activating both hemispheres of the brain.

Cross-crawl practise provides an aid in therapy for patients in medical recovery from strokes. When instructed in appropriate learning and therapeutic environments, I have observed amazing response with dyslexic clients when cross-crawl techniques are applied

Because your eyes are set apart from each other they perceive any scene uniquely, forcing your brain to compare the two pictures.
Messages are signalled to a separate part of your brain as muscles shift your eyes about, to process your view of the world in three-dimensional form.
Your right eye, corresponding to the right side of your body is controlled by the left side of your brain. Your left eye, corresponding to the left side of your body, is controlled by the right side of your brain.
Healthy vision depends on quality integration between both sides of your brain. Since the 1930's visual therapists have been utilizing rebounding exercise techniques as a tool in therapy programmes for retraining vision.
Starbound rebounding exercise techniques for visual improvement, using the mini trampoline, are designed to encourage a healthy balance between 'looking' and 'seeing' and the state of 'doing' and 'being'. You can integrate techniques from this programme within any of your rebound aerobics sessions, or set time aside each day to focus on exercising your eyes.
