for your order
In the USA we deliver direct from the manufacturer, where your
warranty, and all spare parts are held. UK rebounder orders are delivered
from a manufacturer distributors UK warehouse,
Australian and new Zealand
mini trampoline rebounders also known as lymphacizers are shipped from the New
Zealand manufacturer and where possible Australia. All prices include delivery to your
door.
Orders for my
customers are processed with PayPal.
Customers do not need a PayPal account to pay. When you proceed to pay
for your order you will be offered the opportunity to login if you have
a Paypal account - otherwise you can pay by card, or a variety of other
payment options
As soon as you have
confirmed the payment of your order with Paypal your details will be
processed and the delivery and product
information passed on to me.
I never see any card details
from my customers. They are processed securely on a secure server
We provide delivery of all
products to any country internationally. However you must email me if the item
you want to purchase is outside of the country product page on which the product
is listed. In that case I will provide details of how to order, providing a
secure Paypal link where you can place an order
with a price to include shipping.
UK Residents
UK addresses include
mainland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland may incur a surcharge.
International Orders - Delivery Charges
If you
are ordering from outside of the country where you reside, additional delivery charges will be added.
According to the laws of your country you may also be charged customs tax duty.
International orders,
referring to any addresses outside the UK regions listed above, are quote surplus delivery
charges according to the best rates
available at the time of request. We will email you with an accurate price to
include shipping before we dispatch any orders.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
Delivery of items purchased within
the site pages at
www.starbounding.com
for an address within your own country usually occurs occurs within 2 to 5 days of
clearance of payment. If your items are being shipped from another country Deliveries
usually reach worldwide destinations in approx. 3/10 days, with express courier
service.
If any delay is expected
due to stock, or for any other reason, you will be notified by email upon
receipt of your order,
If your item is not in
stock, r the colour you have requested for your rebounder, we will back order
for you. In this case, there could be a delay of one or two weeks. However you
should always allow 28 days for delivery in any case.
All
parcels sent by recorded delivery need to be signed for. If you are not
available when delivery is attempted a note should be left by the courier
confirming they have attempted delivery, requesting that you contact them to
arrange a suitable time for return delivery.
Urgent
deliveries, or Saturday deliveries, can be arranged if necessary, at an
increased charge. Please note any special requests when you finalize your order.
If your items do not arrive
within the expected time please contact me directly
by
email
at Starbound Enterprise, so that a trace can be put on the parcel, and delivery
fulfilled as quickly as possible.
Shortages
and damage in transit must be notified no later than 3 days from receipt of
goods. Please email

Non-delivery
must be notified within 14 days after the date of the invoice. Starbound
Enterprise will not be held responsible for any problems or damages caused by
delays in delivery of any nature.

Returns Policy and Warranty conditions
Refunds will be given at the
discretion of the company management. DVDs and books can not be returned.
Goods
can only be returned or exchanged with the prior agreement and arrangement with Starbound Enterprise.
To discuss the return o any
other product for any reason you must contact within 7 days of delivery of your
items.
For any returns, other than
for items that have been delivered in a damaged or faulty state, you will be
expected to pay for delivery charges and any associated administrative costs.
Any cosmetic items purchased
will only be refundable if they have remain unopened and unused, except in the
case of faulty goods.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Any warranty
queries are referred and dealt with by Starbound Enterprise directly through the
manufacturer.
Starbound Enterprise reserves the right to alter
prices without notice. All prices hold as from the time the order is placed and
confirmed.
Prices quoted on this website are correct at the time of publication. Starbound acts exclusively as agents for
the various international rebounder manufacturers to deliver to your door.
All goods are packed and
dispatched from the manufacturing warehouses or associated distributors outlets.
DVDs and Videos are dispatched from the London
or elsewhere, and sometimes packaged with Starbound rebounder packages.
Books
ordered at the same time as mini trampoline rebounders will usually arrive packaged
inside the bounce units.
DVDs Videos and books,
ordered separately from mini trampolines will be dispatched by post.
Your
receipt/invoice by email from Starbound Enterprise will contain the specific warranty terms of
your purchase.
Our Warranty for purchasers of the
Needak® rebounder:
Warranty claims from
outside the country of the purchase of your items require prepayment of shipping
charges by purchaser. On ALL shipments outside the US the purchaser and/or
recipient is responsible for any and all taxes, duties, customs fees, etc.
Our Privacy Policy
I totally respect your privacy in
regard to all correspondence and payment details that are submitted to Starbound
Enterprise. If card details are presented to Starbound Enterprise, they are
passed onto WorldPay in a secure online environment, where they are processed
and confirmed. Your Card details are not stored on our computers.
We do not disclose buyers information to
any other parties. All mini
trampoline bounce units are dispatched by Starbound/Trimilin from our Chichester
warehouse where your delivery details will be logged and stored on computer for
tracing and dispatch purposes. If you wish to remain in contact with Starbound
Enterprise and receive occasional Starbound newsletters to your desktop, please
submit your details from the
About You page.
