ADD A SLANT TO REBOUNDING
Following pulsing sessions on my mini trampoline I often use a slant board.
I raise the board with one end resting on the edge of the rebounder unit.
(A PIECE OF SOLID WOOD, STRONG AND LONG ENOUGH TO SUPPORT YOUR FULL BODY WEIGHT WILL SUFFICE).
Slanting at the end of the mini trampoline session provides an ideal opportunity to apply cellulite oil, and treat yourself to a gentle massage.
Slanting really encourages deep full abdominal breathing, relaxes ALL muscles, increases circulation of the lymphatics, and helps to release toxins. And it's a great way to REALLY RELAX!!!
Quite the opposite to water-logging your tissues you need to water them daily to cleanse your internal waterways and flush wastes and toxins from your system.
Regular balanced workouts, using Starbound's 5 Star Fitness approach, with other sensible routines, provides by far the best way to activate body fluids.
