REBOUNDING BRIDGES THE GENERATION GAP
Perhaps the most memorable comment I have received was from an elderly grandmother. She was delighted that the lump on her leg, which had bothered her for years, was finally vanishing.
Her double chin was disappearing, and she was thankfully able to sleep through the night, due to a gentle rebounding session before she retired.
However the thing that impressed her beyond all else, was that her grandchildren loved bouncing as much as she did! |

Turn your rebounding programmes around, sink your roots into gravity, and use my 'Safety Pins' programme, performing light mobility exercises, and yoga-based stretching.
Enjoy this period of time to explore the use of the rebounder while preparing for labour!
Chapter Two Post Natal Graduation
For the first six weeks following childbirth, initial post-natal Starbound techniques are designed to strengthen and restore muscular tone, abdominal strength, and pelvic floor control.
Do not use your mini trampoline during this post-natal phase for rebounding.
Techniques in my Starbound post-natal plan are centred on the bed of the mini-trampoline mat. You'll be ready to graduate back onto the rebounder around about the six-week mark, with very gentle rebounding sessions.

Numerous skills, when engaged on the rebounder can positively influence your child's educational capacity. Humming, clapping, clicking and chanting are natural additives to a fun-filled bouncing session for a youngster.
Inactivity in childhood and early life fuels the risk of ill health. Childhood is crucial for laying down healthy cells, bones, tissues and patterns of circulation, all of which develop rapidly.
Nothing short of healthy doses of oxygen, balanced supplied of nutrients, and regular bouts of activity, provide the stimulus for the development of healthy frames.
Statistics reveal that many children, particularly in urban environments, are spending too many leisure hours in front of computer screens and television, and not getting sufficient exercise to fulfil their daily requirements.
Children love to work in positive parameters. Use my 'Fun and Games' programme in Starbound my book to encourage the art of rebounding, in a fun-filled way, to keep your children bouncing from an early age!
On the other hand, bundles of extra energy needn't be a negative sign in a so-called 'hyperactive' child. But unnatural recreational practice, with a simple lack of hyped-up activity at the top of the list, is often the very weight that tips the scales and disturbs the balance.
Rather than having youngsters bust the bedsprings, and having their instinctive urges to bounce knocked out of them at an early age, why not offer your children the encouragement to channel their energy into bouncy rebounding sessions?
Chapter Five Senior Citizens SENIOR CITIZENS THRIVE WITH REBOUNDING
Rebounding provides wonderful activity for the elderly. It is immediately accessible, and can be performed for a few minutes at a time, to replenish essential oxygen supplies and keep circulation on the move. Most importantly, rebound exercises provide whole body exercise, stimulating brilliant health benefits, without placing stress impact on the joints. With a support bar attached to the frame of the mini trampoline, balance is supported and confidence restored within rebounding programmes. Don't doze your latter days away!
Whatever your age, it's never too late to step up onto the mini trampoline and enjoy the benefits and energy that bouncing will bring!
