CHAPTER 1 - PREPARING FOR ACTION PERFECTLY PLACED
You can bounce almost anywhere, providing you leave enough clearance from surrounding furniture. If possible, use a mirror to check your posture, and as an aid when choreographing routines.
Do keep your bouncer in a main living area, making it accessible for constant use.You can always sew your own covers by joining a strip of fabric, elasticating each side, then slipping it over the existing cover.
Or place a sheepskin rug over the mat to create a cosy base from which to stretch. Condition and relax in the evening. Don't feel the need to hide the bouncer from the visitors. The chances are it will become the perfect conversation piece!

If you score over five points in the following test, take it along to your health practitioner and have a check. Usually there is no need for concern, but it is best to err on the safe side as you plan for long-term health and fitness.
