WARRANTY CONDITIONS UK REBOUNDERS
For private use all rebounders are covered for the frame and mat for one year. The Pro Plus rebounder is covered for private and professional use. All correspondence regarding warranty claims should be addressed to me personally. All rebounder component parts, if stated, are available, following the warranty phase should they be required.
What can you expect in terms of delivery? Starbound Enterprise liases closely with the warehouses in Germany New Zealand and the USA so that you can get your quality rebounders, choosing a Starbound Workout rebounder package, at the best possible price in the UK.
Rebounders on my UK rebounder range are dispatched from Germany directly from the warehouse with Hermes couriers. This enables me to arrange the exact colours you prefer. This is also where the warranty on your rebounder is held as are all spare parts. Delivery usually takes between 5 and 8 working days from Germany.
On occasion if the colour you require is in stock in the UK warehouse I arrange direct delivery from the UK. That usually takes 24 to 48 hours.You should always allow 28 days for the fulfilment of an order, but that would be very rare. Starbound Workout rebounding packages are usually shipped within 1 day of my receipt of your order.
If you are not at home when the courier arrives they should leave a note asking you to contact them. If you do not receive your parcel within the time I have outlined on your email invoice that you should expect it - please contact me by email so I can arrange for the trace on the parcel.
Starbound Books are usually included in your rebounder package. Depending on stock DVDs are often delivered by post to follow the arrival of your rebounder items. I arrange postage of all DVDs internationally and they may be delivered from outside the UK.
You will receive confirmation of the receipt of your order from Paypal who provide the online secure processing system for your card, and then an invoice/receipt from Starbound Enterprise by email, confirming your order and payment has been authorised, providing you with my contact and warranty details.
I oversee all aspects of your order personally. I can be contacted by email or phone should you have queries or concerns.

Swing rebounders have been designed using the same technology as the other Swing
rebounders - but with a smaller frame size of 102cm (at 40 inches it is the same
as the Pro and Med rebounders)
With the Mini Swing Cord cable rebounder you perform a great workout with faster rebounder speed, supporting a normal jogging frequency. The special rubber cable is just a bit softer than the springs of the Trimilin-Med steel spring rebounders, giving a feeling of buoyancy and energy to the bounce.
