Sample Rebounding Aerobics Weekly Mini trampoline Schedule Why not use this guide, and set a diary plan to stay focused and achieve your goals! Whatever your schedule you'll benefit enormously from daily bouncing on your mini trampoline. Take it gently to begin. It's better to set realistic goals that you know can be supported by your lifestyle and to really enjoy your Starbound sessions, than to take it all so seriously that you forget to bounce!
Pulsing sequences performed on your mini trampoline, combined with gentle warm up sequences, provide a great way to start the day - a perfect 'wakeup call' to stimulate circulation, and activate elimination organs. Mini trampoline home exercise workouts can easily be structured to incorporate the essential elements of a well balanced fitness programme. When beginning with the mini trampoline, many find it challenging enough performing short sequences using Level 1*Star techniques. These are outlined in the Pulse Raising sequence of the Warm Up, and Module One Bounce target Zone routines, in Starbound my book and The Starbound Workout on video.

Planning mini trampoline rebounding aerobic workout sessions for a weekly scheduleAt times you will want to enjoy rebounding spontaneously, for brief sessions. In such case, practise any routines gently. For longer rebound aerobics workouts plan to warm up thoroughly.

It can also be adapted for use with rebound exercise programmes from Starbound my book. Before you know it you will be rebounding to new heights on your mini trampoline, with more confidence, competence and ease.
