When watching your television screen position yourself on the mini trampoline so that you are not straining your neck. I find it best to lie on a 45 degree angle, facing the screen. Settle posture before commencing with the exercises.
Perform all moves in a slow controlled manner when using mini trampolines for sculpting, not through full range of motion at first.
As you become stronger, gradually add resistance, by USING flexabands and resistance weights.
