Perform all moves in a slow controlled manner when using mini trampolines for sculpting, not through full range of motion at first.
As you become stronger, gradually add resistance, by USING flexabands and resistance weights.
The secret to success, as you set out on your sculpting routines, is to ease into routines, go just past comfortable overload - then take a break to loosen, limber and mobilize. Join in again when you feel relaxed and ready!
Take a rebounding exercise break between sculpting routines to release residual muscular tensions and increase circulation.
